Requesting Care FAQ
Care Credits are generally earned through completed care, qualifying referrals, membership bonuses, or approved promotions. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
HOW CARE CREDITS WORK
Give Care. Earn Care Credits. Use Them When You Need Care.
No required per-booking payments between members. Leftover time past a full day adds 1 more credit (up to 4h) or 2 more (over 4h) — the exact total is always shown before you confirm a request.
