Stayadoodle Technologies Inc. (“Stayadoodle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to responsibly handling and protecting personal information.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Stayadoodle mobile applications, website, member platform, waitlist, customer-support channels, communications, and related products and services collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

It applies to information collected through:

  • The Stayadoodle website

  • The Stayadoodle iOS application

  • The Stayadoodle Android application

  • Account registration and member profiles

  • Membership purchases and subscriptions

  • Care Credit activity

  • Dog-care requests and confirmed bookings

  • In-app messages

  • Identity verification and safety processes

  • Customer-support requests

  • Waitlist, newsletter, survey, referral, and promotional forms

Stayadoodle is based in Canada and handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, commonly known as PIPEDA, and applicable provincial privacy laws.

2. About Stayadoodle

Stayadoodle is a community-based technology platform that connects dog owners and dog lovers so they can arrange dog care and exchange Care Credits.

Stayadoodle is a connector platform. Stayadoodle does not employ caregivers, directly provide dog-care services, supervise dog-care arrangements, or control the conduct of members.

Information collected through the Platform is used to operate the community, facilitate connections, manage memberships and Care Credits, support safety, and improve the Platform.

3. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

The information collected depends on whether you are visiting the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, purchasing a membership, listing a dog, offering care, communicating with another member, or confirming a booking.

3.1 Website, Waitlist, and Contact Information

When you join a waitlist, request updates, submit a form, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Email address

  • Name, when provided

  • Message or inquiry

  • Communication preferences

  • Date and source of signup

  • Consent records

  • Information you voluntarily include in correspondence

We use this information to manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, send requested information, provide launch or product updates, and maintain consent and unsubscribe records.

3.2 Account and Identity Information

When you create or maintain a Stayadoodle account, we may collect:

  • Full legal name

  • Display name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Date of birth or confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement

  • Profile photograph

  • Preferred language

  • Spoken languages

  • Account identifier

  • Login and authentication information

  • Account status

  • Membership status

  • Date of registration

  • Profile description and other information you choose to provide

Your telephone number and email address are not automatically displayed to other members.

3.3 Third-Party Sign-In Information

Where Stayadoodle offers sign-in through Apple, Google, or another authentication provider, we may receive:

  • Your provider account identifier

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Authentication confirmation

  • Profile information you authorize the provider to share

The information received depends on the provider, your provider settings, and the permissions you grant.

3.4 Address and Location Information

We may collect:

  • Street address

  • Unit or suite number

  • City

  • Province or territory

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • General neighbourhood or service area

  • Approximate distance between members

  • Latitude and longitude derived from an address

  • Approximate or precise device location, where a location-based feature is offered and you grant device permission

We collect address and location information to:

  • Confirm that members are located in supported regions

  • Provide proximity-based searches and recommendations

  • Display approximate distance between members

  • Facilitate drop-off, pickup, or in-home care

  • Confirm the location of a booking

  • Support emergency response

  • Detect suspicious or duplicate accounts

  • Prevent fraud and misuse

  • Protect members and dogs

Address visibility

A member’s full residential address is not publicly displayed.

Authenticated members may see:

  • City

  • General neighbourhood or area

  • Approximate distance

  • A generalized map location

Limited, blurred, generalized, or non-identifying profile previews may also be shown to non-members.

The exact location required to complete a confirmed booking may be disclosed to the member involved in that booking. Stayadoodle does not automatically disclose every residential address associated with an account.

Members should not post their exact home address in public profile descriptions, reviews, or other generally visible areas.

3.5 Dog Information

When you create a dog profile or arrange care, we may collect:

  • Dog’s name

  • Photograph

  • Breed or breed mix

  • Age

  • Sex

  • Weight and size

  • Spay or neuter status

  • Temperament

  • Behaviour

  • Training information

  • Social preferences

  • Compatibility with people, children, dogs, cats, or other animals

  • Feeding and exercise instructions

  • Allergies

  • Health conditions

  • Medication requirements

  • Vaccination information

  • Veterinary information

  • Bite, aggression, escape, or safety history

  • Other care instructions or needs

Dog information may be associated with the dog owner’s personal information and account.

3.6 Household and Hosting Information

Members offering care may provide:

  • Type of residence

  • Yard or outdoor-space information

  • Fencing information

  • Household composition

  • Presence of children or other adults

  • Other pets in the household

  • Pet-related building, condominium, tenancy, or household rules

  • Smoking status

  • Hosting preferences

  • Dog-size or temperament preferences

  • Care experience

  • Availability

  • Travel range

  • Types of care offered

  • Other information about the care environment

Members should obtain appropriate permission before providing identifiable information about household members or other individuals.

3.7 Booking and Care Credit Information

When members request, accept, manage, or complete care, we may collect:

  • Requested and confirmed dates and times

  • Type and duration of care

  • Dog and member identifiers

  • Booking location

  • Booking status

  • Cancellation information

  • Check-in and checkout information

  • Care instructions

  • Care Credit amount

  • Care Credits reserved, earned, transferred, reversed, or adjusted

  • Booking history

  • Incident information

  • Member confirmations

  • Reviews and ratings

  • Records of booking-related notifications

We use this information to facilitate bookings, calculate and administer Care Credits, provide notifications, investigate disputes, detect misuse, and maintain Platform records.

3.8 Messages, Reviews, and User Content

We may collect and store content submitted through the Platform, including:

  • In-app messages

  • Photographs and uploaded files

  • Reviews and ratings

  • Profile descriptions

  • Support messages

  • Reports and complaints

  • Incident descriptions

  • Responses to surveys

  • Feedback

  • Other user-generated content

In-app messages are processed and stored to provide messaging, customer support, safety, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute review, and legal-compliance functions.

Authorized Stayadoodle personnel or service providers may access relevant messages when reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to a support request

  • Investigate a complaint or safety incident

  • Detect fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct

  • Enforce the Terms and Conditions

  • Protect a person or animal

  • Comply with applicable law

Members should not send unnecessary financial, identification, medical, or other highly sensitive information through in-app messages.

3.9 Emergency and Veterinary Information

We may collect:

  • Emergency contact name

  • Emergency contact telephone number

  • Relationship to the member

  • Veterinarian or veterinary clinic

  • Veterinary telephone number and address

  • Emergency-care instructions

  • Information about authority to approve veterinary care

Emergency and veterinary information may be disclosed to the confirmed caregiver when reasonably necessary for an active booking or emergency.

You must have permission to provide another individual’s emergency-contact information.

3.10 Identity Verification and Background Screening

Stayadoodle may use manual review or third-party providers to verify members.

Depending on the verification process, information may include:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Identification number

  • Date of birth

  • Photograph or selfie

  • Facial comparison information

  • Address confirmation

  • Telephone or email verification

  • Verification results

  • Fraud or authenticity indicators

  • Criminal-record or other legally permitted background-screening information

  • Date and status of verification

Identity-verification and background-screening providers may collect information directly from you under their own privacy notices.

Stayadoodle may receive a verification status, risk indicator, screening result, limited identifying information, or a copy of information necessary to assess eligibility.

Verification or screening status may be displayed on a profile. Underlying identification documents, criminal-record details, and screening reports are not publicly displayed.

Where consent is required, verification or background screening will be conducted only after obtaining the appropriate consent.

3.11 Payment and Subscription Information

Stayadoodle uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, and may also use Apple, Google, or another app-store payment provider.

Payment providers may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Billing address

  • Payment-card information

  • Bank or digital-wallet information

  • Transaction and fraud-prevention information

In the ordinary course, Stayadoodle does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or security code.

We may receive and retain limited payment information, including:

  • Transaction identifier

  • Payment amount and currency

  • Payment date

  • Payment status

  • Refund or chargeback status

  • Subscription plan

  • Subscription status

  • Renewal date

  • Billing country

  • Payment-method brand

  • Last four digits of a payment method, where provided

  • App-store receipt or purchase confirmation

  • Tax and accounting records

We use this information to:

  • Process membership purchases

  • Manage subscriptions and renewals

  • Confirm payment

  • Issue refunds where applicable

  • Respond to billing inquiries

  • Detect fraud

  • Maintain legally required financial records

Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

3.12 Referral and Promotional Information

When you participate in a referral or promotional program, we may collect:

  • Referral code

  • Referring member

  • Referred member

  • Referral status

  • Qualification for a reward

  • Care Credits issued or reversed

  • Promotion used

  • Evidence of suspected referral abuse

We use this information to administer referral benefits, prevent duplicate or fraudulent referrals, and enforce promotional conditions.

3.13 Device, Technical, and Usage Information

When you access the website or applications, we or our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Device type

  • Device operating system

  • Browser type

  • App version

  • Device or application identifiers

  • Language and time-zone settings

  • Login timestamps

  • Pages and screens visited

  • Features used

  • Buttons or links selected

  • Search and matching activity

  • Referring website or campaign

  • Session information

  • Error and crash reports

  • Performance diagnostics

  • Security and authentication logs

  • Push-notification token

  • Cookie and similar-technology identifiers

We use this information to operate the Platform, maintain sessions, diagnose errors, improve functionality, understand usage, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and maintain security.

3.14 Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, the application may request permission to access:

  • Camera, to take profile or dog photographs

  • Photo library or files, to upload content

  • Location, to provide location-based matching or distance features

  • Notifications, to provide booking, message, security, or account alerts

You may manage these permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Stayadoodle does not access a device permission before the permission is granted through the device or application interface.

3.15 Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from:

  • Other members involved in a booking or complaint

  • Payment processors

  • App stores

  • Identity-verification providers

  • Background-screening providers

  • Authentication providers

  • Analytics and security providers

  • Public authorities

  • Insurers, legal advisers, or other parties involved in an incident

  • Publicly available sources, where permitted by law

We use information from other sources only for purposes reasonably connected to the Platform, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a transaction you requested.

4. How We Use Personal Information

Stayadoodle may use personal information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and manage accounts

  • Review and approve membership profiles

  • Provide local search and matching

  • Display member and dog profiles

  • Facilitate messages and bookings

  • Calculate and administer Care Credits

  • Process memberships and subscriptions

  • Administer referrals and promotions

  • Send transactional and safety notifications

  • Verify identity and eligibility

  • Conduct legally permitted background screening

  • Support trust and safety

  • Investigate complaints, incidents, fraud, and misuse

  • Enforce the Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines

  • Respond to customer-support requests

  • Maintain and improve the Platform

  • Diagnose technical problems

  • Conduct analytics and product research

  • Protect accounts, systems, members, and dogs

  • Maintain financial, tax, audit, and corporate records

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

  • Complete a business transaction

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Send marketing communications where we have appropriate consent

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual. We may use that information for analytics, business planning, safety research, service improvement, and reporting.

5. Consent and Privacy Choices

Stayadoodle seeks consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances.

Consent may be provided by:

  • Creating an account

  • Entering information into the Platform

  • Selecting an acceptance box

  • Granting a device permission

  • Confirming a booking

  • Completing a verification process

  • Subscribing to communications

  • Taking another clear affirmative action

We may provide a separate notice or consent request where information is sensitive, a use may not be reasonably expected, or applicable law requires additional consent.

You may withdraw consent to an optional use by:

  • Changing account or device settings

  • Withdrawing a device permission

  • Unsubscribing from marketing

  • Contacting Stayadoodle

Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed. Some information is necessary to provide the Platform, administer an active membership, complete a booking, maintain security, or comply with law. Withdrawing consent to necessary processing may require us to restrict or close the account.

6. Profile Visibility and Member-to-Member Disclosure

Authenticated members may be able to view information including:

  • Display name

  • Profile photograph

  • General location

  • Approximate distance

  • Profile description

  • Languages

  • Dog profiles and photographs

  • Care preferences

  • Hosting environment

  • Availability

  • Care experience

  • Verification status

  • Reviews and ratings

Stayadoodle does not automatically display your:

  • Full legal name, unless it is the same as your display name

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Full residential address

  • Government identification

  • Background-screening report

  • Payment information

  • Private support communications

When a booking is confirmed, information reasonably necessary to complete the booking may be disclosed to the relevant member, including:

  • Exact care, pickup, or drop-off location

  • Care instructions

  • Emergency contact information

  • Veterinary information

  • Booking dates and times

Your email address and telephone number are not automatically shared merely because a booking is confirmed. Members may voluntarily exchange contact information, but they do so at their own discretion.

7. How and With Whom We Disclose Information

Stayadoodle does not sell or rent personal information.

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described below.

7.1 Other Members

Information may be disclosed to other members through:

  • Member profiles

  • Dog profiles

  • Search results

  • Generalized maps

  • In-app messaging

  • Booking details

  • Reviews and ratings

  • Confirmed-booking information

The information disclosed depends on the member’s role, the stage of the booking, privacy settings, and the information reasonably necessary for the interaction.

7.2 Payment and App-Store Providers

Payment and subscription information may be disclosed to or received from:

  • Stripe

  • Apple

  • Google

  • Other payment providers selected by Stayadoodle

These providers use information to process payments, verify transactions, prevent fraud, administer subscriptions, and comply with their legal obligations.

7.3 Technology and Operational Service Providers

We may disclose limited personal information to providers supporting:

  • Cloud hosting and data storage

  • Email delivery

  • Push notifications

  • Customer support

  • Identity verification

  • Background screening

  • Address validation

  • Mapping and geocoding

  • Analytics

  • Error and crash reporting

  • Security monitoring

  • Fraud prevention

  • Database management

  • Professional consulting

Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and are expected to protect it through contractual, technical, organizational, or legal safeguards appropriate to the service.

7.4 Legal, Safety, and Regulatory Disclosure

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law

  • Respond to a court order, warrant, subpoena, or lawful government request

  • Report or investigate suspected fraud or illegal conduct

  • Protect a person or animal from serious harm

  • Enforce our agreements

  • Protect Stayadoodle’s rights, systems, property, members, or operations

  • Establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim

  • Cooperate with law enforcement, animal control, emergency services, a veterinarian, an insurer, or a regulator

Where permitted, we will consider the scope and validity of a request before disclosing information.

7.5 Professional Advisers

Information may be disclosed to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, investigators, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary for advice, compliance, claims, safety, or business operations.

7.6 Business Transactions

Personal information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed:

  • Financing

  • Investment

  • Merger

  • Acquisition

  • Reorganization

  • Sale of assets

  • Transfer of the Platform

  • Insolvency proceeding

Where required, appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections will apply.

8. Methods of Disclosure

Depending on the purpose, information may be disclosed through:

  • Authenticated in-app profile or booking screens

  • In-app messaging

  • Encrypted or authenticated application programming interfaces

  • Secure provider integrations

  • Restricted administrative portals

  • Secure electronic files

  • Business email or support systems

  • App-store or payment-provider systems

  • Legally authorized disclosures to public authorities

  • Direct communication during an emergency

We do not intentionally publish full residential addresses, private messages, identity documents, background-screening reports, or complete payment-card information.

9. Marketing and Communications

Stayadoodle may send service communications concerning:

  • Account activity

  • Verification

  • Messages

  • Booking requests

  • Booking status

  • Care Credits

  • Payments and subscriptions

  • Security

  • Safety

  • Customer support

  • Terms and privacy updates

These communications may be necessary to provide the Platform.

Promotional emails, texts, or other commercial electronic messages will be sent with consent where required. They will identify Stayadoodle and provide an unsubscribe mechanism.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary booking, account, security, safety, billing, or legal communications.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and applications may use:

  • Cookies

  • Local storage

  • Software development kits

  • Analytics tools

  • Session identifiers

  • Pixels or similar technologies

These technologies may be used to:

  • Maintain secure login sessions

  • Remember preferences

  • Provide core functionality

  • Measure performance

  • Diagnose errors

  • Understand use of the Platform

  • Prevent fraud

  • Improve services

  • Measure the effectiveness of communications or campaigns

Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

You may manage browser cookies through browser settings. Mobile-app tracking and permissions may be managed through device settings.

Disabling certain technologies may affect Platform functionality.

Stayadoodle does not sell personal information for third-party advertising. We will not use personal information for cross-app or cross-site behavioural advertising without making the required disclosure and obtaining consent where required.

11. Automated Tools and Matching

Stayadoodle may use automated tools to support:

  • Distance calculations

  • Search results

  • Member and dog recommendations

  • Availability filtering

  • Fraud detection

  • Security monitoring

  • Verification

  • Content moderation

These tools may consider information such as general location, availability, preferences, dog characteristics, account activity, and safety indicators.

Stayadoodle does not currently use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for members.

Where appropriate, material safety, verification, or account decisions may be reviewed by authorized personnel.

12. Data Storage and International Processing

Personal information may be stored or processed in:

  • Canada

  • The United States

  • Other countries where Stayadoodle’s service providers operate

When information is processed outside your province or outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or regulatory authorities in that jurisdiction.

Stayadoodle uses contractual, technical, organizational, and vendor-management measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by law.

Retention periods may include:

  • Waitlist information: until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the waitlist purpose ends

  • Active-account information: while the account remains active

  • Profile and booking information: while needed to operate the Platform and generally for a reasonable period after account closure

  • Messages and support records: while necessary for support, safety, dispute resolution, and enforcement

  • Care Credit records: while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance

  • Verification information: only as long as necessary for verification, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

  • Financial and transaction records: for the period required by tax, accounting, payment, corporate, and other applicable laws

  • Safety and incident records: for as long as reasonably necessary to protect members or dogs, investigate incidents, defend claims, and prevent repeat abuse

  • Consent and unsubscribe records: for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance

  • Security-breach records: for the period required by applicable law

Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary because of litigation, investigation, fraud, safety concerns, a legal hold, or another legal obligation.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of. Information may remain temporarily in backups until it is overwritten according to normal backup practices.

14. Account Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your Stayadoodle account:

  • Through the account-deletion option within the application

  • Through the account settings available on the Platform

  • By contacting contact@stayadoodle.com

Deleting the application from your device does not delete your Stayadoodle account.

When an account-deletion request is completed, Stayadoodle will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally required for:

  • Financial and tax records

  • Fraud prevention

  • Safety or incident records

  • Security

  • Dispute resolution

  • Enforcement of agreements

  • Legal claims

  • Compliance with law

Certain content may remain where deletion would affect another member’s legitimate records, such as booking history, payment records, incident records, or messages received by another member. Where appropriate, that content may be disconnected from the deleted account or anonymized.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple, Google, or another third-party provider. You may need to cancel the subscription through the provider’s subscription-management process.

We may verify identity before completing a deletion or access request.

15. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping it current, particularly:

  • Contact information

  • Address

  • Dog health and behaviour information

  • Care instructions

  • Emergency contacts

  • Veterinary information

  • Hosting information

  • Availability

You may update many details through the Platform. You may contact us to request correction of information that cannot be changed through your account.

16. Security Safeguards

Stayadoodle uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Safeguards may include:

  • Encryption of information in transit

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

  • Authentication controls

  • Role-based access controls

  • Restricted administrative access

  • Logging and security monitoring

  • Secure provider integrations

  • Payment processing through specialized payment providers

  • Software updates and vulnerability management

  • Backup and recovery practices

  • Vendor review

  • Internal privacy and security procedures

  • Incident-response processes

  • Limiting access to personnel and providers with a legitimate need

Payment-card information is generally transmitted directly to the applicable payment processor instead of being stored on Stayadoodle’s own systems.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Stayadoodle cannot guarantee that a security incident will never occur.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, using a secure device, and notifying Stayadoodle promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

17. Data Breaches and Security Incidents

A security incident may involve the loss of, unauthorized access to, or unauthorized collection, use, modification, copying, disclosure, or disposal of personal information.

If Stayadoodle becomes aware of a suspected or confirmed incident, we may:

  • Investigate the nature and scope of the incident

  • Contain the incident

  • Preserve relevant evidence

  • Take corrective action

  • Assess the sensitivity of the information

  • Assess the likelihood of misuse

  • Determine whether the incident creates a real risk of significant harm

  • Notify affected individuals where required

  • Report the incident to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another regulator where required

  • Notify another organization or public authority where doing so may reduce the risk of harm

  • Maintain records of the incident as required by law

Where notification is required, we will provide it as soon as feasible and include information intended to help affected individuals understand and reduce the risk.

18. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access personal information held about you

  • Understand how your information has been used

  • Understand to whom information has been disclosed

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Withdraw consent to optional uses

  • Change communication preferences

  • Delete your account

  • Request deletion or anonymization of eligible information

  • Ask questions about Stayadoodle’s privacy practices

  • Challenge Stayadoodle’s compliance with applicable privacy law

Some requests may be limited where:

  • We cannot reasonably verify your identity

  • Information concerns another individual

  • Disclosure would reveal confidential commercial information

  • Information is protected by legal privilege

  • Retention is required by law

  • An exception under applicable law applies

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

19. Privacy Complaints

Privacy questions, requests, or complaints should first be directed to Stayadoodle’s Privacy Officer.

We will review the matter, investigate where appropriate, and communicate the outcome.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy authority.

20. Children and Minimum Age

Stayadoodle accounts and dog-care features are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live.

Stayadoodle does not knowingly allow minors to create member accounts or independently arrange dog care.

If we learn that an account was created by a minor, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information, subject to information we are legally required to retain.

21. Information About Other People

You may provide information about another person, such as:

  • A household member

  • Emergency contact

  • Dog co-owner

  • Veterinarian

These services have their own privacy policies and practices. Stayadoodle is not responsible for how an independent third party handles information outside Stayadoodle’s control.

You should review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information to it.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Stayadoodle may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

  • Changes to the Platform

  • New features

  • Changes to service providers

  • Changes to legal requirements

  • Changes to privacy or security practices

  • Clarifications or corrections

The updated policy will show a revised “Last Updated” date and version number.

Where changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice through email, the website, the application, or another reasonable method.
